These basic truths are the foundation upon which we build each discussion.
1. The best we can do is like a filthy rag to God (Isa)
2. There is NO good thing in our flesh (Rom)
3. Without Christ we can not do anything (John)
4. We MUST deny ourselves (Mat, etc)
5. Do NOT love this world or the things of this world (1 John)
6. You (as a believer) will have trouble in this world (John)
7. God's Word only says one thing & only means one thing (1 Pet 2:2)
